Instruction of Ordering Tickets
- Please write down your visit date under 'Ticket Date'
- Please write down your visit time slot under 'Entrance Time Slot'.
- Please write down your correct contact number and e-mail address at the order page. The address is used for your invoice only.
- After your payment, we will issue your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
- You will receive your e-ticket(s)/Voucher and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date which mentioned on your e-ticket(s)/Voucher.
- Please check the opening hours.
- If your chosen date is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative date. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

- You don't need to wait in the queue.
- No need to print out the tickets.
