Instruction of Ordering Tickets
- The price is per boat, per hour.
- Please choose your desired starting time and hours.
- Please write down your visit date under 'Ticket Date'.
- Please write down your correct contact number and email address at the order page. The address is used for your invoice only.
- After your payment, we will issue your ticket as soon as possible.
- You will receive your confirmation ticket by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which mentioned on your e-ticket.
- If your chosen date or time slot is not available (sold out), we will contact you by phone or email for an alternative time slot. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Guideline of Using Tickets
- Present your confirmation ticket on site from your smart phone, simply show your confirmation after you arrive.
- No need to print out the ticket
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot.
