- You will receive your e-ticket(s) and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which is mentioned on your e-ticket(s).
- Please note: We will issue your ticket(s) based on the ticket date and desired time of using you provided. We don't guarantee you get your desired entrance time, but we will issue your ticket(s) as close as possible to your desired time of using, and we make sure the entrance time is in the time slot you chose.
- Please pay attention to your exact entrance time on your e-ticket(s). It can be any time within your chosen time slot.
- If your chosen date or time slot is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative time slot. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Guideline of Using Tickets

- You don't need to wait in the queue
- No need to print out the ticket(s)
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot.
- Please note: you might not be allowed to enter the museum if you are late for 30 minutes.
