Instruction of Ordering Tickets
- Please write down your visit date under 'Ticket Date'.
- Please write down your correct contact number and email address at the order page. The address is used for your invoice only.
- After your payment, we will issue your ticket(s) as soon as possible.
- You will receive your e-ticket(s) and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it will take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which mentioned on your e-tickets and confirmation letter.
- If your chosen date is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative date. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Guideline of Using Tickets
- Present your e-ticket(s) at the entrance from your smart phone, simply show your barcode to enter.
- You don't need to wait in the queue
- No need to print out ticket(s)
- You can use your ticket(s) during the opening hours.
